Push, Pull, Leg Split
- Push Days: Target chest, shoulders, and triceps with exercises like bench presses and shoulder presses.
- Pull Days: Focus on the back, biceps, and rear deltoids with movements like pull-ups and rows.
- Leg Days: Strengthen the lower body, including quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves with squats and lunges.
Bro V1 Split
6 working day split giving a full body workout. Usually for more advanced gym goers.
Monthly competitions
We put on monthly competitions with competitive prizes including free months with us, free 1 to 1 sessions and more.
5 Day HyperTrophy
The goal of our hypertrophy training is to increase muscle mass and improve aesthetic appearance.
Girls - specific 3 day leg and 1 upper split
4 day weeks focusing on legs, glutes, hamstrings and slight upper body to maintain shape.
1 to 1 sessions available
We offer 1 to 1 sessions for those who are local. Prices start from £25 and bulk session bookings from £100.
